Jossy advises foreign and local clients with focus on cross-border transactions. Included among these corporate transactions are the following:

• The acquisition of a health-care company in Israel by a publicly traded US company
• Advising one of the largest Swiss banks regarding its activities in Israel
• Advising one of the largest German banks with respect to a financing transaction in Israel
• Rendering legal advice with regards to several restructurings of one of the world’s largest software producers
• IPO of an Italian pharmaceutical company on SWX Swiss Exchange
• Rendering legal advice with regards to several real estate acquisitions (including the envisaged purchase of a real estate portfolio of approximately CHF 3 billion)
• Counsel to investors and companies in venture capital financings
